Message	The only time I ever get sore is if I start exercising after a really long break. I've tried for years to make myself sore, and it just doesn't happen. In fact, I tried working out harder and harder until I was doing many sets twice a day, and I pulled a tendon in my arm and tore my bicep. But I had no soreness as a warning before that, I just felt a bit tired.
